  • It's been a while since I ordered, but I still have not received any notifications that my product has arrived...
    This may then be a technical problem : therefore, do not hesitate to contact our shop located in your country to receive information. However, it is also possible that there was a problem during delivery : in this case, if we are aware of anything, we will contact you as soon as possible (but we may not have been informed). Finally, it is also possible that we have not yet sent your order (due to timing or technical problems). In this case, we count on your understanding for the possible delay.
  • I made a mistake when ordering... What should I do ?
    Don't worry, these things can happen to everyone ! If you notify us early enough, we may cancel the order. If it is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can see, together, how to resolve the problem.
  • How long should I wait to receive my order ?
    This depends on several points, such as the products you ordered or the date of the order. You should expect approximately 1 to 3 months of waiting if your product is ordered directly from Japan. If the products are available in the shop in France, you can directly go there to pick them up !
  • Why do I have to pick up the products in the shop ?
    As we are not experts of shipping and as we are very few in the shop, we prefer not to take on this very complex task. Furthermore, since shipping costs are very expensive, we believe that it is more attractive for our customers to come and collect the order themselves rather than paying excessively high prices. But please don't worry : we can store your order while you get there ! As we understand that it may be a difficult thing for you, we are understandig on this point !
  • Can I receive my products directly to my home ?
    It depends on the number and the type of products you ordered. If you place a bulk order, we can work with you to ship your products to your home. However, it is important to note that we are not experts about the shipping, especially to a foreign country. So, we are not really used to taking care of this. It is why in the majority of cases, we will ask you to pick up your products from the shop in Paris.
  • I've been trying to contact you for several days, but no one is answering me...
    We are sincerely sorry. However, as they are very few of us in the company, we don't necessarily always have time to respond to you. We will get back to you, don't worry, but it may take a little longer than usual. We count on your understanding !
  • There are a lot of stores and contacts... Who should I really contact ?
    It depends on where you live. Indeed, in France, it would be better to contact the shop in France, and this also for Italy, Singapore and Japan. However, if you are in another country, you can contact the main shop (in Japanese or English) to get in touch. Of course, even if you live in France, for example, you can contact the main shop in Japan. However, be careful how to contact us : if you call us, we will probably not answer you (because the costs are high when calling from another country). In these cases, please favor contact by email.
  • How should I take measurements for products ?
    Please go to the "OUR PRODUCT" section. At the bottom of this page, you will find all the necessary information. However, if you still can not take this measures, do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you !
  • There are so many products... How do I choose ?
    We want to offer you a wide range of products so that you can find the one you want. However, this may be a bit too much. But don't worry : we have offered you some helps in the filters. Inside, you can choose according different criteria, like the Dan (this information are only clues : it doesn't mean that the products can be used only for certain people and certain Dan). If you still have a question, we are here to help you !
